Superior Taste Award 2019

As part of the ceremony in the heart of Brussels, at the Théâtre Royal des Galeries, the International Taste Institute awarded the annual awards for the most appreciated and tasty products from nearly 100 countries. Aur’a Natural Gold Water received the maximum jury appreciation, 3 gold stars and the Superior Taste Award distinction.

In 2016 Aur’a was the first water in Romania awarded with three gold stars in Brussels. The distinction of Superior Taste Award 2016 was the first awarded by the prestigious International Institute for Taste and Quality (www.itqi.com) for a Romanian product.

The iTQi awards are a special international recognition, which is focused on the unbiased judgment of 120 sommeliers and chefs, being granted since 2005.

ITI is the most important independent organization of gastronomic experts, chefs and sommeliers, dedicated to testing and promoting the superior taste of food and beverages. The jury that tests and nominates the winners of the Superior Taste Award distinctions is made up of 200 representatives of the most important European specialized associations. Among them, Ferran Centelles, chief sommelier of the El Bulli Foundation, Manuel Jimenez, Spain's best sommelier in 2017, Alain Nonnet, 36-year-old Michelin 2-star chef, Alan Coxon, international chef and presenter of his own gastronomic program at BBC TV.
